I accept all major credit cards. Payment method is required at the onset of therapy. This payment method will be charged automatically after each scheduled session.

I am currently an out-of-network provider for most major insurance companies, meaning I am not able to bill your health insurance directly. For more information about out-of-network providers, please contact your health insurance provider. I am able to accept HealthShare/Care Oregon. and Lyra EAP.

In an effort to make therapy services affordable, I offer a limited number of sliding scale fees for clients experiencing financial hardship. Please contact me for more information.

I am primarily offering Telehealth sessions at this time. I am happy to answer any questions you may have about this. I have limited availability for in-person sessions.

If it feels like you and I may not be the right match, I am happy to share resources and referrals to providers who may be better able to address your needs.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation/meet and greet. I see this as an opportunity to meet, briefly explore concerns/goals and for us to decide if we are a good match.
